Charter – from HRL Operations Manual

The key objectives are to:

• Increase multicultural Rugby League participation in NSW, encouraging harmony and stronger community understanding across Cultural and Linguistically Diverse groups.
• Games and fixtures under Heritage RL NSW are to be primarily aimed at development with a focus on cultural celebration, acknowledgement of heritage.
• Promote and foster positive relationships between Heritage RL NSW affiliated clubs and their respective home nations, particularly emerging Rugby League nations, encouraging support of Rugby League development programs abroad.
